The role provides primary care through video visits, live chat and secure messaging supported by Curai’s advanced AI-powered technology and proprietary EMR. In addition to patient-facing shifts, we provide scheduled administrative time for clinical work and professional development activities.</p></ul><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><div><p>In this role, you'll dedicate your shifts to providing high-quality, empathetic care to primary care patients in a virtual setting. Your clinical responsibilities will include but are not limited to:</p><li style="color: #000000;"><p>Conducting comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment for patients across various ages and backgrounds through text-based, phone, and video visits</p></li><li style="color: #000000;"><p>Managing and coordinating care for chronic conditions</p></li><li style="color: #000000;"><p>Providing preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education to promote holistic well-being</p></li><li style="color: #000000;"><p>Producing clear and efficient encounter visit notes that showcase strong medical decision-making, comprehensive differential diagnoses, and relevant, well-structured care plans</p></li><li style="color: #000000;"><p>Working closely with physicians under collaborative agreements for states that require it</p></li></div></ul><h3>What You'll Bring</h3><ul><div><li><p>Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner</p></li><li style="color: #000000;"><p>At least 5 years of primary care experience, including adults and pediatrics</p></li><li style="color: #000000;"><p>Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licenses in a <strong>minimum of 7 states</strong>, including:</p></li><li style="color: #000000;"><p>At least 2 of the following: California, Texas, or Florida</p></li><li style="color: #000000;"><p>Preference given to candidates with active licenses in: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Washington, or Utah</p></li><li style="color: #000000;"><p>Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire</p></li><li style="color: #000000;"><h3>Telehealth experience strongly preferred</h3></li><li style="color: #000000;"><p>Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient engagement skills</p></li><li style="color: #000000;"><p>A self-motivated and independent work style, with a strong capacity for teamwork and collaboration</p></li><li style="color: #000000;"><h3>Proficiency in EMR systems preferred</h3></li><li style="color: #000000;"><p>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage your time effectively in a remote work environment</p></li><li style="color: #000000;"><p>Adaptability to evolving technology, including AI-driven tools and digital platforms</p></li></div></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><div><p><strong>Salary: </strong>$135,000/year</p></div></ul><div><div><strong>Compensation: </strong>The pay range listed for this position reflects what <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/curai-health">Curai Health</a> reasonably and in good faith expects to pay at the time of posting.
